Shipping cost depend on geographical area:
– Spain Peninsula: 3,95€. Shipping costs are free over 60€.
– Balearic Islands and Portugal: 5,95€. Shipping costs are free over 100€.
– Rest of European Union: 14,95€. Shipping costs are free over 200€.
Please note that buyer is responsible about any tax required for importing goods outside EU where Undermonkeys is based. We can not provide an estimate of that added cost since final charges vary around the world.

With UNDERMONKEYS, you have 14 days to return purchased goods easy and free. If you want to return a product you can do it through the following online form. If it is easier for you, you can arrange the return on your own.
Attention: Underwear can not be returned (slips, boxers or panties). Other items on our website may be subject to special return conditions (see purchase conditions for more information).

If it’s easier for you, you can manage shipping at your own expense. The return costs if you manage it with us are € 3 for returns from Spain and Portugal (ask us for cost from other destinations) and will be deducted from your final refund.

Our team reserves the right to refuse return on those products that are not returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made for products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions and other documents and/or labels that may accompany it.
Keep in mind that there are products with special return conditions. You have 30 calendar days to change it for free. Only the first change is free. The second and subsequent changes will cost €7.95 for Spain and Portugal (ask us for the rest of the countries) and will be deducted from your final refund. If it is easier for you, you can manage the shipping at your own expense.
If you prefer, you can come to our store in the C.C. L’Illa Diagonal de Barcelona and delivering the package with the order number, email and the purchase date. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will review it and make the refund within a maximum of 15 business days.
The product must be in perfect condition, unwashed and with the label, preferably in its original packaging. Once your return is received in our offices, the warehouse staff will proceed to evaluate that the merchandise meets all the requirements to be eligible for your refund.
Our company is not responsible for the improper use of any of our products.
The refund of the amount to be returned will be effective within 15 business days.
The refund will be made as soon as we receive your returned goods in our warehouse (it may take up to 15 days). Remember that shipping costs are not reimbursed.
The refund will always be made in the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase.
